Cook Kitchen Assistant

Autozone UK Ltd requires a Cook/Kitchen Assistant for our on-site Canteen.

The role will consist of preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch for staff and customers, cleaning down after service and grocery shopping as required. The successful candidate will work in our on-site canteen.

The ideal candidate will have a valid health and hygiene certificate, but not essential with previous experience working in a similar position i.e Canteen, Pub kitchen or similar to include sandwich shop/cafe. In this role organisation is key alongside the ability to provide a professional service. Management experience would be advantageous but not essential. The consistency and quality of meals is key daily, alongside holding excellent time keeping skills to ensure we avoid down time throughout the workplace.

You must be prepared to cover holidays/ sickness. Alternate Saturday working is essential in this role, please only apply if this is suitable for yourself. We would require a member of staff with flexibility, this role will work on a rota basis given with notice.

A Full UK driving license would be advantageous in this position due to grocery shopping requirements.
