Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Autozone UK LTD are recruiting for an experienced PA to join our team, who will work directly alongside and support the managing director of various companies. This role will see you working closely with Senior Management to encourage maximum time management, development and be the directors first point of contact.

This role will include travelling between various locations from the north east to south yorkshire so would maybe suit applicants in between these two locations, please bear this in mind alongside your application meaning a Full UK Driving License is mandatory to fulfil this role.

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates with a proven track record in the same industry, including working in a fast-paced environment. You will need the ability to prioritise workloads and working to and meeting all deadlines is critical.

 

Responsibilities to include:

  • Working to meet strict deadlines
  • Communications with Senior Management, also being a point of contact
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes, whilst following up requests promptly
  • Preparing paperwork
  • Building excellent working relationships with Managers
  • Diary management
  • Producing schedules
  • Arranging appointments
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Handling plans
  • Reporting to and dealing with Director meetings
  • Handling admin work, creating reports and findings
  • Ensuring the smooth running of a working day alongside the director
  • Planning and coordination of all projects
  • Assisting in the absence of the Director
  • Problem solving

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (40/45 hours per week)
